Scoop, shake, lift: my first week on Instantized Creatine®

A creator films one take of the scoop going into the shaker, opens with a hook, and keeps every spoken line on the claims sheet.

Why this playbook

Former COO of Tabs. I built its creator program to 100M monthly social impressions, and the paid ad engine alongside it. The numbers below come from videos that program produced.

At Tabs I built the creator program and the paid ad engine next to it. This is the same playbook pointed at Gains in Bulk: many creators, many hooks, losers killed early. I have not run creatine or any supplement category. I will lean on your claims sheet and your team for every category call.

Why now

  • +50,000 REVIEWS

A review count on the page

The Gains in Bulk site displays this count. Product pages list far fewer, so I would ask you what it counts before any creator repeats it.

    Published
  • 8 Reviews

    Vitamin D3+K2 sits at 3.8

Its product page shows 8 reviews and a 3.8 rating. Creators never say every Gains in Bulk product is rated five stars.

    Published
  • 10%

The quiz opens with an offer

The quiz promises products personalized for your goal plus 10% off the first order. A creator video has a clear place to send people.

    Published
  • 20 day supply

A subscription rhythm to talk about

A bag is a 20 day supply that ships every 30 days. Creators can talk about reordering without inventing a schedule.

Part 4 of 15

Principles

  1. One number to protect

Cost per 1,000 views at $1.00 is my target. The simulator starts at $5.74 for Gains in Bulk, so every test has to move that number.

  2. One variable per test

Same Instantized Creatine® scoop, same shaker, one new hook per video. Seven videos per creator each week give us enough tests to learn fast.

  3. Losers killed early

A hook that stalls is dropped and its slot goes to the next hook in the library. Ten creators at seven a week keep the hook library filling.

  4. Claims sheet before camera

Every creator gets the sheet first: literal Gains in Bulk wording only. Questions go to the team channel and are answered before posting.

#briefs

Briefs, drafts, reviews and the weekly numbers

Illustrative
  1. DanaMon 8:30 AM

This week's brief: show the scoop going into the shaker with Instantized Creatine®. One hook per video, seven videos. Use only lines from the claims sheet.

  2. RafaMon 10:15 AM

Can I say Instantized Creatine® builds muscle faster than other brands?

No. That is a comparison and a body result. Use this instead: "We sell in bulk to give you the largest gains at the lowest price possible."

  3. DanaWed 2:40 PM

Draft sent back: the hook promises a result. Reshoot the first three seconds around the quiz line from the sheet and send it again here.

  4. TrackerAppMon 8:00 AM

Weekly sheet is ready: seven videos per creator logged, cost per 1,000 views tracked against the $1.00 target, best format flagged for the next brief.

  5. SamTue 4:05 PM

My Shaker Bottle morning video just passed 100,000 views, all organic.

Logged. The $50 flat bonus applies, one per creator per month. I am pulling that hook into next week's brief.

  6. DanaFri 4:00 PM

Check before you post: paid or gifted tag in the first line, no body claim in the caption, and one line from the claims sheet spoken on camera.

The messages illustrate the working channel, with invented people: briefs go out on Monday, claims questions get an answer the same day, and nothing posts without the check.

Part 5 of 15

Formats

  1. Scoop to shaker

    Brief 01

    Scoop to shaker

“One scoop, one shaker, let's see how it mixes.”

Overhead on a counter: scoop in, water in, shake, pour. One take, no cuts, Instantized Creatine® label facing the lens.

  2. Gym bag check

    Brief 02

    Gym bag check

“What's in my gym bag: the creatine I buy in bulk.”

Unzip the bag on a bench, pull out the Premium Canister, set it down. Handheld, natural gym light, one spoken claim from the sheet.

  3. Shaker bottle morning

    Brief 03

    Shaker bottle morning

“Same shaker every morning. Here's why I buy in bulk.”

Gym selfie angle, drinking from the Shaker Bottle between sets, with a voice-over reading the bulk-pricing line from the sheet.

  4. Subscribe and reorder

    Brief 04

    Subscribe and reorder

“I stopped reordering by hand: Subscribe & Save.”

Screen recording of the subscription page, then face cam on the delivery rhythm. The discount line is read only after the brand confirms it.

  5. Quiz walk-through

    Brief 05

    Quiz walk-through

“I took the Gains quiz so you don't have to.”

Screen-record the quiz with the creator's own goal, end on the first-order offer screen and say the line exactly as written.

Every product line in a video comes off the claims sheet word for word, for example “We sell in bulk to give you the largest gains at the lowest price possible.”, “Finish the quiz and unlock the products personalized for your goal, plus 10% off your first order.”, “20 day supply per bag, ships every 30 days”. Product names are said as printed.

Part 6 of 15

Recruiting

Four sources in

  • Lifters who review gear

Gym creators who already film supplement mixes and gear checks. They know the scoop-and-shaker ritual Gains in Bulk sells around.

  • Buyers who finish the quiz

People who finish the quiz or reorder on subscription are already fans. A short note from your team can open the first conversation.

  • Affiliate or ambassador page

I did not find an affiliate or ambassador page on the Gains in Bulk site. Creators come in by direct outreach first; a signup page can follow.

  • Coaches with programs

Trainers who already run challenges with followers. The 30-Day New Year Standard Challenge gives them a story that fits their audience.

Five filters, fewer each step

  1. 1Trains for real

A visible training history on the feed, not stock gym footage.

  2. 2Comfortable without a script

Talks to the camera in one take and still hits the hook in the first second.

  3. 3Accepts the claims sheet

Agrees in writing to the sheet and the no-health-outcomes rule before the first brief.

  4. 4Audience of lifters

Comments come from people who lift and buy supplements, not giveaway chasers.

  5. 5Reliable cadence

Has posted weekly for months and can deliver seven videos a week during the ramp.

Part 7 of 15

Who we want

  • Gym-floor regular

Films mixes between sets and answers comments with a scoop in hand.

    Likely product: Instantized Creatine®

  • Bulk-buy saver

Cares about price per serving and explains why buying in bulk makes sense to them.

    Likely product: Premium Canister

  • Morning shaker person

Shakes a drink every morning and can film the whole ritual in one take.

    Likely product: Shaker Bottle

  • Coach with a program

Runs challenges with clients and can fold the product into a routine.

Likely product: 30-Day New Year Standard Challenge

  • Flavor reviewer

Does honest flavor reviews and tastings, good for a cherry limeade walk-through.

Likely product: Glutamine + BCAAS (Cherry Limeade)

  • Protein shake cook

Makes shakes and simple recipes. Naturally flavored is the brand's own wording.

    Likely product: Lean Protein

Left off, every time

Always left out: creators who promise body results, post before-and-after claims, aim at teenagers or compare Instantized Creatine® with rival brands. Doctors and pharmacists are never shown as endorsers. No health outcomes, ever.

Claims sheet

Approved, word for word

Quoted exactly as the brand publishes it.

  • “We sell in bulk to give you the largest gains at the lowest price possible.”

Hook or voice-over in the bulk-buy videos

  • “produce the highest purity products IN HOUSE”

Voice-over on Instantized Creatine® videos, attributed to the brand

  • “Finish the quiz and unlock the products personalized for your goal, plus 10% off your first order.”

    Quiz walk-through format

  • “20 day supply per bag, ships every 30 days”

    Any mention of reorder rhythm

  • “NATURALLY FLAVORED AND NATURALLY SWEETENED.”

    Lean Protein tastings only

  • “30 Serving Bag of Instantized Creatine®”

Scoop to shaker and bundle videos

Never said

Each one with the reason it stays out.

  • Never say Instantized Creatine® builds muscle faster than other brands

A comparison with rivals that no Gains in Bulk page makes.

  • Never say it guarantees results

An outcome promise that nothing in the brand's wording supports.

  • Never say it burns fat

A body-change claim the creatine pages do not make.

  • Never say a study proves it

A study figure that is not in anything the brand published.

  • Never say it is safe for teenagers

An age and safety statement the brand does not make.

  • Never say it replaces medication

A medical promise with no basis in the brand's wording.

  • Never say every product is rated five stars

One product page shows eight reviews and a 3.8 rating, so a blanket rating would mislead.

To confirm with the brand

Held until someone on the brand side signs off.

  • +50,000 REVIEWS

The page shows this count, yet product ratings list far fewer. The brand must say what it counts before a creator repeats it.

  • Subscribe & Save save 15%

The site gives two different subscription discounts. The brand must say which one a creator may quote.

Part 10 of 15

Pay

  • Starter

    $300–600

    a month, by band

For newer creators with a small but real lifting audience; low base pay, and the cap is the first step.

    Bonus at the cap: $300

  • Standard

    $500–1,000

    a month, by band

For creators who post steadily and hold attention; a middle band with a higher cap for Gains in Bulk.

    Bonus at the cap: $500

  • Premium

    $800–1,500

    a month, by band

For creators whose lifting audience already buys supplements; the top band carries the highest cap.

    Bonus at the cap: $700

  1. Under 100,000 views

    $0

The base pay covers the work.

  2. 100,000 views

    +$50 flat

    Whatever the band.

  3. 1,000,000 views

    Top-up to your cap

Bonus = band cap − base pay.

  • One bonus per creator per month, even if several videos pass 100,000 views.
  • The bonus is per video: one video that passes 100,000 views earns $50 flat.
  • Only organic views count; paid boosts on a Gains in Bulk video never trigger it.
  • No bonus on a video that broke the claims sheet or the category rule, whatever its views.

Starter: $600 cap − $300 fee = $300 bonus; Standard: $1,000 cap − $500 fee = $500 bonus; Premium: $1,500 cap − $800 fee = $700 bonus.

The bonus pays for reach after the work is done, never instead of it. One bonus per creator per calendar month keeps it an incentive and keeps the program cost predictable.

Part 11 of 15

Simulator

Ten creators, seven videos a week: 303 videos and about 1.8M views a month. Cost per 1,000 views is $5.74 against $1.00. To close it, 4.2% of videos go viral or the median reaches 21,711 views.

Above the $1 target at these inputs.

To hit $1, the roster needs about 10.1M views a month. That means about 4.2% of videos going viral, or a median near 22K views per video. That is why the day-90 gate exists: keep the accounts that clear it, replace the rest.

Proposed, not measured. Views = videos × median, breakouts at 10× the median, viral at 750K. Bonus: +$50 for a viral video, one per creator per month.

The math. Videos a month = 10 creators × 7 a week × 52 ÷ 12 = 303. Views per video = (1 − 4% − 0.5%) × 1,500 + 4% × 10 × 1,500 + 0.5% × 750,000 = 5,782.5; 303 videos × 5,782.5 = 1.8M views a month. Cost = 10 × $1,000 = $10,000 base + 1 bonus × $50 = $10,050. Cost per 1,000 views = $10,050 ÷ 1.8M × 1,000 = $5.74 against a $1.00 target. To hit the target, either 4.2% of videos go viral or the median video reaches 21,711 views, other inputs held.

Move the sliders and the label recalculates. The result is only as good as the guesses behind it, so the median views, the share of breakouts and the share of viral videos are marked as Assumptions until the first month of posts replaces them.

Part 14 of 15

Organic to paid

From organic to paid

  1. Organic first

The creator posts on their own account. No Gains in Bulk ad spend until the video earns views.

  2. Pick the winners

After a week, the videos with the best hold and comments go on a shortlist.

  3. Get ad rights

With the creator's written okay, we run the video as a partnership ad on their handle.

  4. Scale or kill

Winning hooks get more budget. Losers are killed early and their slot goes back to the hook library.

From the video to the checkout

  • Quiz-led videos go to the quiz, where the first-order 10% off is offered.
  • Bulk-buy videos go to the Instantized Creatine® page or the Premium Canister.
  • Flavor tastings go to the Lean Protein page.
  • Subscription videos go to the subscription page once the discount line is confirmed.
  • Mention free standard shipping only with its $150.00 threshold and the continental United States limit.

Part 15 of 15

Category rules

Creatine rules every creator follows

Gains in Bulk sells creatine and other supplements, so every video follows the claims sheet. These rules keep ten creators and seven videos a week inside it.

  • Claims sheet only

Say only the lines on the sheet, such as "We sell in bulk to give you the largest gains at the lowest price possible." Anything else goes to the lead first.

  • No body or health outcomes

No promises about muscle, fat, bloat or recovery. Creatine talk stays on the brand's own wording about purity, price and bulk. Show the ritual, not a result.

  • No comparisons

Never compare Instantized Creatine® with other brands or name rivals. The sheet has no comparison line, so none is allowed.

  • Tag paid and gifted posts

Every post made under a Gains in Bulk deal carries a clear paid or gifted tag in the first line, in the creator's own voice.

  • Offers as written

Quote the first-order 10% off line and the reorder rhythm exactly. The subscription discount stays off camera until the brand confirms which one applies.

  • Audience and advice

No content aimed at teenagers and no dosing or stacking advice. A creator can show how they mix, not tell others what to take.

The brand’s legal team sets the final rules. This is the operating floor I’d start from, not legal advice.
